In my design days I use to focus on being a great ‘doer’. You had to try to be the best in the room.

However, now that I spend more of my time leading projects, I’ve realized I need to spend less time actually ‘doing’ and more time empowering others to realize the vision.

A recent quote really stuck with me, “If you look around the table and you are the dumbest person there, you are exactly where you want to be.”
